Hmmm...what I remember about ECR is riding the bus every morning until I got my license (then bliss driving my '66 White Mustang to school!)
Invading the "guys" table at lunchtime in my senior year (done along with my partner in crime, Dana Gaines). As I recall, the table included Scott Memmer, Duncan Makenzie, Dan O'Connell, Dave Wemple among others.
Drill team for the first 2 years of HS - enjoyed making friends and being tortured by Mrs. Marshall!
Keeping time for the ECR swim team - not sure how Grace Inuma and I scored that gig with Mr. Adair! We got to travel on the bus with the guys and thought we were so lucky!
For some reason those sweet rolls we used to buy at our "nutrition" break come to mind...nutrition and sweet rolls, somehow don't go together but they were yummy!
Graduation day being really hot and feeling sad the fun was over.
From high school era...The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Carole King, Jethro Tull, Neil Young, Yes, Cat Stevens, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Steely Dan.

This is sad news. Mary was a sweet person. I knew her from El Camino and we also worked at Solley's Deli together in Woodland Hills. We met up again at the 30 year reunion and she was just as sweet as she's always been. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing.
I was looking through the In Memory section and didn't realize that Kevin had passed last year. We had classes together and I remember him coming in first thing in the morning with his hair wet because he'd just been swimming. He was such a kind person. I'm sorry to hear that he's gone.
I remember Roger - such a sweet and kind person. I'm saddened to learn of his passing of stage 4 prostate cancer. God bless his family.
Hi Pam, I hope Grace gave you the message that I said HI! I wish I could have been there last night, but I moved to PA and we were just in California in June for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary. I had to choose which one to attend =( Hope the night went well - i heard through Facebook that it was the best one yet.
